Mumbai would emerge as a global financial hub in the same league as modern global cities. In the next ten years Mumbai would be the economic powerhouse of the world with its upgraded infrastructure, mass housing provision, well connected transport system, modern security systems and processes in place for the safety of the citizens. The education reforms would create ample employment opportunities as compared to the present situation.
